The site demolition included tree removal, removal and disposal of concrete and asphalt paving, removal of the exterior staircase and trash enclosures and 650 CY of export of excess soils.

Avago Building 3 Civil Turnkey

Avago Technologies is a designer, developer and supplier of analog, digital, mixed signal and optoelectronics components and subsystems. Hudspeth was contracted for Avago’s multi-million dollar plant expansion project in Fort Collins, CO . The work included mass excavation and grading, demolition of existing civil facilities, storm water control facilities, site concrete and underground wet utilities.

South Sloan’s Lake Infrastructure Development

Hudspeth completed work for a 19-acre utility and infrastructure development project on the former site of the St. Anthony’s Central Hospital. The site, which is part of a $300-million development plan, will include seven different blocks of development including retail, residential and office space. Hudspeth was responsible for the completion of all work associated with right of way utilities work, sidewalks, streetscape, porous landscape detention and driveway and alley cuts.

Fort Morgan Farm Worker Housing

Hudspeth was hired by Alliance Construction Solutions in support of the Sol Naciente Farm Worker Housing in Fort Morgan, CO. This project comprised of the new construction of five plex apartment buildings, a community building and maintenance buildings totaling roughly 6,000 square feet each and 7 acres of site development. Hudspeth performed site earthwork including clearing and grubbing, site cut to fill, structural excavation, backfill and finish grading. Hudspeth established a large detention pond at the southeast corner of the site and we also increased the size of an existing detention pond in which the left over material helped acquire fill for the site to establish site subgrade.
