PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Center for Character and Leadership Development (CCLD) is a one-of-a-kind structure currently under progress of completion at the United States Air Force Academy. The USAF Academy Endowment raised approximately $10 million for the 46,000 square foot building that lies between the secure cadet precincts and nearby public access area. Hudspeth performed the Demolition and Asbestos Abatement work on the subterranean structures. The project also included multiple task orders on the “Court of Honor” (located throughout the exterior of the building), main level demolition of Arnold Hall and south side courtyard and ACM work on Haps Lounge and Old Bowling Alley.

“I just cannot say enough about how positive the experience working with Hudspeth has been from start to finish. The abatement process had been an absolute nightmare until we found you. I am extremely grateful. You will most definitely be our go-to in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you!” --Jenny E., Downtown Development Group
