DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Asbestos Abatement and Demolition

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project consisted of the aluminum skin removal and select interior demolition of the Cesar Chavez building. The building was a nine-story structure comprised of 194,000 SF on a 21,600 SF footprint. Throughout the process, Hudspeth adhered to LEED requirements which entailed salvaging and sorting aluminum panels, drywall, ceiling tiles, carpet, metal studs and steel for recycling.

“I just cannot say enough about how positive the experience working with Hudspeth has been from start to finish. The abatement process had been an absolute nightmare until we found you. I am extremely grateful. You will most definitely be our go-to in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you!” --Jenny E., Downtown Development Group
